5e incorporeal move through floor. To actually enter the other creature s body you must make a successful touch attack or incorporeal touch attack against the other creature. It takes 5 1d10 force damage if it ends its turn inside an object. At the start of each of the incorporeal skeleton s turns each creature within 5 feet of it takes 3 1d6 necrotic damage. You have no physical body while in this state.
They can pass through solid objects at will although they cannot see when their eyes are within solid matter. When trying to move through a creature you provoke an attack of opportunity from that creature when you enter its space. Incorporeal creatures are immune to critical hits extra damage from being favored enemies and from sneak attacks. You gain the incorporeal subtype for the duration of the spell providing you with the following abilities and characteristics.
They do not need to walk on the ground. They move in any direction including up or down at will. Laughing at death you assume a ghostly form in which you can pass through walls. The avatar can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain.
