Since ec regulations in 2003 the product is no longer effective at killing moss nor will it be effective at preventing moss re growth. Alternatively a low pressure wash with jeyes fluid or similar may do the trick applied by a long arm pipe brush. It is used by by vegetable gardeners to sterilise the soil and does not harm. Have a good look at the jeyes fluid web site as it has been used a a disinfectant in gardening for 50 or 60 years i would guess.
